amcstaffAngaston Medical Centre is proud to host medical students in their second to last year of university medical training from Flinders University and The University of Adelaide. This innovative and internationally recognised program is designed around a full year of clinical placement with an integrated curriculum. We welcome Libby, Kaviya and Celine.
We will have a rotation of interns throughout the year. Internships are a transitional year from medical students to medical practitioners, it allows the interns an opportunity to build on their skills under the supervision of a GP.
Dr Julie Huynh is our first intern for 2022. Her professional interests include paediatrics, women’s and sexual health and public health. Dr Julie will be with us for 10 weeks as she completes her internship
